Nursing Community Manager (RGN)- Care Home Location: Bristol BS31 3BG Hours: 36 hours a week - Days (with flexibility for occasional nights) Pay: 23.50 per hour About the Role Combine clinical expertise with team leadership to deliver outstanding, person-centred care. Working alongside the senior management and multidisciplinary teams, you will lead nurses and carers to champion dignity, independence, and resident wellbeing. Key Responsibilities: * Clinical Oversight: Manage day-to-day clinical care, ensuring accurate care planning, safe medication administration, and full regulatory compliance. * Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop care staff to drive best practices and continuous quality improvement. * Person-Centred Care: Foster a compassionate environment that directly improves resident outcomes every day.
