Personnel Selection are working with a growing SME in Northampton that is looking for a commercially minded, people-focused Business Development Executive to join its friendly team. This isn't your typical sales role. Forget the pressure of a call centre, endless cold calls and chasing quick wins. This is about building genuine relationships, looking after some seriously valuable clients and making sure customers keep coming back because they trust you, value your service and know they're in good hands. You'll inherit and develop important customer relationships, take ownership of your accounts and look for opportunities to grow existing business. And if you have a natural eye for spotting new opportunities, then you can get involved in lead generation and new business development, too.
