A high-performing secondary school in Hampshire is seeking an ambitious Head of Science to lead its STEM faculty on a full-time, permanent basis starting in January. Job Overview The Head of Science provides strategic leadership across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, overseeing curriculum design, assessment frameworks, laboratory safety, and academic outcomes across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5. Working alongside senior leadership and leading a large team of subject specialists and technicians, you will drive teaching standards, manage departmental budgets, and expand extra-curricular STEM opportunities. This is a full-time, permanent contract.
