The organisation encompasses a flagship regional producing theater, a dynamic multi-disciplinary arts centre housed in a historic venue, and a high-profile annual international arts festival. The Head of People role leads the People function, ensuring the delivery of a comprehensive service supporting line managers and having oversight of the employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding, through performance and reward, to offboarding.
