We have a fantastic opportunity for a detail focused, analytical professional to join a leading cruise and travel organisation based in Redditch, as a Tour Operations Risk and Inventory Analyst. The Tour Operations Risk & Inventory Analyst plays a pivotal role in protecting business profitability, optimizing capacity, and ensuring commercial rigor across all tour packages. Bridging the gap between Finance, Product, and Tour Operations, this role conducts rigorous pricing and margin audits on new packages and maintains contract tracking systems to mitigate financial loss and maximize operational efficiency. Previous experience in a similar role is essential for the position, along with exceptional attention to detail and ideally, exposure to the cruise or travel sector. In return, our client can offer a competitive salary circa £35k (negotiable) plus excellent benefits. This is a home-based role, Mon – Fri 9 – 5.30pm with 2-4 days per month expected in the office.
