Head of Art & Design – Secondary Academy in Chichester (January Start)

A creative secondary academy in Chichester, West Sussex, is seeking an inspiring Head of Art & Design to lead its Visual Arts faculty on a full-time, permanent basis starting in January. Job Overview Art is a thriving discipline at this academy. The successful candidate will take strategic leadership over Fine Art, Photography, Graphic Communication, and 3D design, guiding pupils through portfolio development, contextual studies, and annual public exhibitions. Working alongside art technicians and teaching staff, you will manage studio spaces, curation schedules, and non-exam assessments (NEA) across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5. This is a full-time, permanent contract.
