The successful Contracts Manager will play a key role in overseeing the delivery of multiple projects across the UK. This is a genuinely hands-on Contracts Manager position, combining senior project oversight with a strong presence on site and direct involvement in driving teams, programme and delivery. Backed by a publicly listed parent group with turnover exceeding £600 million and strong financial reserves, the business combines the stability of an established group with the pace and flexibility of a specialist contractor. With projects secured into 2029 and values reaching circa £22 million, this is a business offering genuine long-term stability and progression. The company is also known for doing things differently. Its Contracts Managers are expected to be visible, hands-on and actively involved in solving problems on site, working closely with Site Managers, Project Managers, subcontractors and clients to drive projects forward.
