A Regional Accountant for Three Dealerships. You will be responsible for the financial management, control, reporting, and performance analysis of three dealership sites. The role provides financial leadership and support to operational management teams, ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting, and the delivery of key business objectives. The Regional Accountant will lead and develop a team of 4-5 finance professionals, drive financial performance, and act as a trusted business partner to General Managers and departmental leaders across the region. Sites include Kidlington, Swindon and Banbury. Our client is flexible on your location at the sites and will look to offer some Hybrid working. There is a great package on offer: Salary of up to £60,000 plus Car Plus 10% Bonus, OTE £66,000 depending on experience. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Control Review, reconcile and finalise monthly balance sheets across all assigned sites. Review and finalise monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Group accounting policies. Ensure all month-end reporting deadlines are met. Maintain strong financial controls and governance across the region. Oversee the preparation and submission of VAT returns.Payroll & Accrual Management Review and approve monthly payroll submissions.
