Care Team Manager

Our client is an expanding care business and they’re looking for an ambitious, experienced Care Team Manager to join them as they continue to grow their services across Ringwood, New Milton and the surrounding areas and you will be travelling between the branches as required.

This is more than a management role, it’s an opportunity to help shape and build a growing area of the business, develop their care services and play an important part in their future.

You'll ideally have at least 3 years’ experience managing a care team and ready to take the next step towards becoming a Registered Manager in the future.

What you’ll be part of:

• Helping them build and grow their new area and care rounds
• Developing and expanding their live-in care packages
• Leading, supporting and developing their care team
• Building strong relationships with customers, families and healthcare professionals
• Overseeing quality, care planning, safeguarding and compliance
• Supporting recruitment, staffing and service growth
• Identifying opportunities to improve and develop their services
• Working closely with the Registered Manager as they continue to grow
• Sharing responsibility of the on-call duties
• Act as name on call escalation contact
