Associate Director Quantity Surveyor

Position: Associate Director Quantity Surveyor Location: Islington, London Salary: £70,000 - £95,000 DOE + Benefits + Discretionary Bonus Bennett & Game are representing an established, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy who are seeking an Associate Director Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. With over 20 years of experience, the consultancy delivers cost management and project consultancy services across data centres, life sciences, infrastructure, mixed-use developments, residential, education and student accommodation. Projects range from £5m to £200m, with a growing pipeline of major data centre schemes across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to take on a senior leadership position, working closely with the QS Director to develop the team, strengthen client relationships and influence business strategy. With planned changes at director level, there is a genuine opportunity to progress into a Director position quickly. Candidates from main contractor backgrounds will also be considered where they have the right commercial and project experience.
