We're working with an established and highly regarded financial services organisation in Horsham who are looking for a personable, enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join their team. Despite the job title, this isn't an IT role! It's very much about people, communication and training, helping financial advisers get the most out of the systems and software they use every day. You'll be working closely with various stakeholders across the UK, providing guidance, delivering training and supporting the introduction of new systems. It's a varied role offering plenty of interaction, opportunities to build relationships and the chance to become a real expert in the systems you're supporting. What will you be doing?
