Systems Lead

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a well-established, growing manufacturing and logistics business with 30 years' history in their sector. They're now looking for a NetSuite specialist to take real ownership of their systems and help shape the next stage of their growth.

Remote Working: This role offers remote working, with candidates ideally bringing relevant UK-based experience and the right to work in the UK. We're happy to discuss individual circumstances and the working arrangements available.

This isn't a "keep the lights on" support role. The business implemented NetSuite around 18 months ago, and they need someone who can get under the bonnet, sharpen up data quality, and turn the system into a genuine driver of better decision-making across the business - not just administer it.

What you'll be doing:

• Taking full ownership of NetSuite, developing and evolving it rather than simply maintaining it
• Streamlining processes and improving reporting so every part of the business — sales, finance, operations, transport — gets real value from the system
• Leading process change: identifying what needs to improve, designing the solution, and bringing functional teams along with you
• Working closely with the Head of Finance (your line manager) as well as senior stakeholders across the wider business
