Lead Surveyor - Passive Fire

What You'll Do * Carry out and oversee fire compartmentation, fire door and passive fire protection surveys * Identify defects against regulations and manufacturer standards * Coordinate survey schedules, RAMS, equipment and labour * Produce high quality survey reports and prepare data for pricing * Attend site visits and support client relationships * Promote additional services and support business development * Maintain compliance with H&S, ISO and industry standards * Investigate non-conformance and maintain accurate records What You'll Bring * Experience in a passive fire protection surveying * Hands on experience installing fire protection systems * Strong understanding of fire safety regulations and standards * Proven experience preparing cost estimates and project pricing * Strong organisational and client facing skills * Full UK driving licence * Minimum ASFP / IFE level 2 or equivalent * Ideally 3+ years' experience within the firestopping industry. * Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach.
