We are recruiting on behalf of a large, established housing charity with services across the UK, who are expanding their provision in Manchester. They are looking for an experienced Domestic Abuse Support Team Leader to join a new service supporting adults and children affected by domestic abuse, safeguarding concerns and complex support needs. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in domestic abuse and supported housing who is ready to take on a leadership role. You will manage a small team of support workers, provide guidance and oversight, and work closely with the Supported Housing Manager to ensure the delivery of a safe, effective and high-quality service. You will play a key role in developing the new service, supporting staff, maintaining safeguarding standards and ensuring residents receive person-centred support that promotes safety, independence and long-term stability.
