My client based in St Neots Cambridgeshire are currently recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join their team on a full time permanent basis. Looking for your next opportunity in a varied, customer-focused role? We’re looking for a Parts Advisor to join a busy team in St Neots, supporting customers with parts identification, technical enquiries and order processing. Working Hours Full-time, 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday, with a choice of: 8:00am–5:00pm with a 1-hour lunch break. 8:30am–5:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break. Based in St Neots, with the option to work from home 1 day per week after the first 3 months. The Role Provide parts advice and support to dealers, service centres and end-user customers. Identify the correct parts using electronic catalogues, technical manuals and exploded diagrams. Process sales orders accurately using internal computer systems. Respond to customer enquiries, offering technical guidance and suitable replacement options. Liaise with sales, service and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
