Cover Supervisor - Havering Full-time/Temporary £105 - £145 per day Are you passionate about working in a school setting and supporting young people with their learning? Have you got prior experience working as a cover supervisor in secondary school settings? Key Responsibilities: Working as a cover supervisor, you will be required (but not limited) to: Covering a variety of pre-set lessons to key stage 3 and 4 pupils (you are not required to plan or mark) Working as a cover supervisor, you will be responsible for managing classroom behaviour Following the school’s policies, promoting the school’s ethos and values Creating a safe and inclusive learning environment Establish positive relationships with the pupils in lessons being covered Key Skills/Qualifications Required No formal degree is required to work as a cover supervisor (although this is preferred) Prior experience working in a school setting is preferred Advanced safeguarding completed (we offer free online training) Strong communication and interpersonal skills The School: Located in Havering with onsite parking and great public transport links Offering an inclusive and supportive community that enriches the educational experience.
