Care Manager

Are you a dynamic and passionate individual eager to inspire and empower others? We're seeking a motivated Care Manager to support the General Manager in all aspects of the day-to-day running of the care home, with an NVQ Level 5 or currently working towards one.

You will be a vital member of our family-oriented environment at Landers Court, Truro, Cornwall! You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and staff. You will assist the General Manager in the overall direction, coordination, implementation control of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, vision and goals. Your role will be based in Landers Court which is well under construction and set to open in January 2027!

Key responsibilities:

-To act as person in charge of the Home in the absence of the General Manager.

-To participate in the on-call rota for out of hours management.

-To oversee Residents needs are being met, and that relevant professional agencies and relatives where needed are informed in the best interests of the residents.

-To monitor and manage PCS compliance.
