PeoplePlus, together with our expert delivery partners, is recruiting for a range of roles to support the delivery of the Jobs Guarantee programme across North & East Scotland.

We are looking for a passionate, supportive and motivated Youth Coach to join our team and help young people move towards meaningful, sustainable employment.

This is a remote/home-based role, but it is not a fully remote/no-travel position. You will need to be based in Scotland and able to travel regularly across the Scottish region, particularly across North and East Scotland, to meet participants, employers, delivery partners and local stakeholders, as well as attend recruitment activity and events.

As part of our coordinated recruitment campaign, applications will be managed by the relevant expert delivery partner based on the area and role to which you have applied.

As a Youth Coach, you'll be the named point of contact for your participants, providing personalised support from their first meeting through to job start, in-work support and successful transition or exit.

You'll get to know each participant as an individual, understanding their strengths, aspirations, barriers and support needs. Working closely with Employer Engagement Officers, delivery partners, employers and local services, you'll help participants build confidence, develop their skills, ove...
