Position: Full-Time, Long Term
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: £95 - £120 Per day

We are recruiting for a compassionate and committed Support Worker to provide high-quality support for pupils at primary schools in Telford and nearby areas.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in education, care, support work, psychology, youth services, or healthcare who are passionate about helping children achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across the curriculum.
  
  
• Work with individual pupils and small groups to enhance learning outcomes.
  
  
• As a teaching assistant, you will assist with classroom preparation and learning resources.
  
  
• Encourage pupil participation and positive behavior.
  
  
• Support students as a learning mentor with varying educational needs and abilities

The Ideal Candidate

• Experienced working with children in schools, childcare, tutoring, or youth work.
  
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills from working as a teaching assistant prior.
  
  
• A patient, caring, and proactive approach.
  
  
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  
• Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential.
