Join our team as a Duty Manager at De Vere Cotswold Waterpark Hotel in Cirencester
As a Duty Manager your mission is to act as the operational leader on shift, ensuring the smooth running of the hotel, maintaining safety and compliance, and delivering consistent service standards across all departments. The role requires decisive leadership, the ability to resolve escalated issues, support colleagues, and protect the hotel's reputation, assets, and guest experience.
The role involves frequent liaison will all of the Hotel teams across different departments but mostly Reception, Concierge and Housekeeping in order to ensure a seamless guest experience is delivered. You'll also act as the lobby host to meet and greet guests, answering any queries they may have and making them feel welcome right from the moment they arrive.

This is a full-time role that involves working a mixture of shifts to include earlies from 7am-3:30pm, Lates from 14.30pm-23:00pm and middle shifts from 9am – 17.30pm – to include weekends on a rota basis.
