Job Overview Cover Supervisors play a vital role in maintaining continuous learning across the school during short-term teacher absences. The successful applicant will deliver pre-planned work to classes across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, manage student behavior, ensure a safe, productive learning environment, and record attendance accurately. Working closely with department heads and the cover coordinator, you will oversee a diverse range of subjects throughout the school day, supporting student engagement without requiring active lesson planning or marking. This is a full-time, ongoing or permanent position.
