Temporary Works Engineer

Temporary Works Engineer Currently I am seeking a specialist Temporary Works Engineer for a major project based in East London. The scheme is a data centre which consists of 8 storey of steel frame. It requires someone for an immediate start. Our client is a market-leading Tier 1 contractor with a growing portfolio of complex Data Centre projects across the UK. They are renowned for delivering technically challenging schemes and offer excellent long-term opportunities for ambitious construction professionals. About the role: As a Temporary Works Engineer, you will play a key role in managing and coordinating temporary works across a major data centre development. Working closely with the Project Manager, Construction Manager, Site Manager, Structural Engineer, and specialist subcontractors, you will ensure all temporary works are designed, reviewed, approved, installed, inspected, and removed safely and in accordance with project requirements. The ideal candidate will have previous Data Centre experience. However, candidates with experience on major projects valued at £90m+ will also be considered, particularly those who have worked within a Tier 1 main contractor environment.
