Learning Support Assistant – 14 to 16 Provision

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a permanent, Learning Support Assistant to join the team delivering our 14 to 16 Provision at the Berkshire College of Agriculture. This term time only position is for 35 hours per week working 38 weeks of the year, Monday through to Friday between 8:30 am and 4:00 pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break.

This position has a salary ranging from £20,562.96 (G17) up to £22,016.24 (G19), depending on qualifications and experience. The full time equivalent for this scale is £25,483 (G17) up to £27,284 (G19).

Learning Support Assistants are a vital part of Windsor Forest Colleges Group, helping students fully access their classes, achieve their learning goals and reach their full potential. Reporting to the Schools Programme Manager or Lead Learning Support Assistant, and working under the supervision of teaching staff, you will support whole classes, small groups or individual students in line with college policies and individual Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
