We are recruiting for an experienced and compassionate

Registered General Nurse (RGN)

to join a well-established nursing care service in the

NR31 area . This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who enjoys delivering high-quality, person-centred care and wants to work within a supportive nursing environment caring for older people with a variety of clinical and complex care needs. You will receive

£20.00 per hour with paid breaks , working rota-based shifts as part of an established care team. Immediate interviews are available for the right candidate. The Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will play an important role in ensuring residents receive safe, effective and compassionate nursing care. You will be responsible for: Delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care

Medication administration and management

Completing clinical assessments and maintaining accurate care plans

Monitoring residents' health and responding appropriately to changes

Supporting residents living with dementia and complex care needs

Providing palliative and end-of-life care when required

Working closely with GPs and other healthcare professionals

Supporting and guiding care staff during your shift

Maintaining accurate clinical documentation

Ensuring safeguarding, infection control and clinical standards are maintained

Communicating effectively with residents and their families

The Care Environment

The service provides nursing and residential support for up to

45 residents , including individuals requiring: Older person care

Dementia nursing care, including mild, moderate and advanced/complex dementia

Mental health support

Physical disability care

Parkinson's disease care

Stroke care

Palliative and end-of-life care

COPD and pulmonary care

Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) support

Convalescent care

Support for visual and hearing impairments

Support relating to eating disorders

The service provides both

permanent and respite care . What We're Looking For

To be considered for this position, you will need: Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification

Active UK NMC PIN

A genuine passion for providing excellent care to older people

Good clinical knowledge and medication management skills

Strong communication and documentation skills

The ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

A professional, compassionate and resident-focused approach
