Team Vicar (HfD) for Bledlow with Saunderton and Horsenden

We are three welcoming village churches in the beautiful Chilterns, rooted in active rural communities. Valuing thoughtful worship, warm fellowship and practical service, we seek a Team Vicar, working two days plus Sunday, to deepen faith, offer pastoral care and engage creatively across our villages.

We are looking for a Team Vicar who:

• is a prayerful, approachable and energetic pastor with an engaging Christian faith

• has a heart for rural ministry and enjoys working with people of all ages

• will be a visible presence, building meaningful relationships across our communities

• can honour our central tradition while developing accessible, imaginative worship

• is a good communicator and Bible teacher who helps people grow in faith

• will encourage lay gifts, practical action and structured pastoral care

• A paid part-time parish administrator, freeing the Team Vicar to focus on ministry
