An ambitious, venture-backed AI startup is hiring its first dedicated Deployment Strategist to help bring advanced AI technology into some of the world's largest enterprises.
Already working with major enterprise customers in a complex, highly regulated global industry, the company is building AI technology that transforms how businesses operate.
This is a rare opportunity to join at an exceptionally early stage, work directly with the founders and take genuine ownership of enterprise AI deployments.
The Role
You’ll own the non-engineering side of complex enterprise AI deployments, taking customers from initial discovery and pilot through to successful rollout, adoption and expansion.
Working closely with the founders and engineering team, you’ll understand how enterprise customers operate, identify opportunities for AI to deliver value and turn complex business problems into successful implementations.
- Own enterprise AI deployments from discovery and pilot through to rollout and expansion.
- Build relationships with senior enterprise stakeholders and become a trusted customer-facing partner.
- Understand complex business workflows and translate requirements into clear product and engineering priorities.
- Work closely with engineers to develop, test and refine AI-powered solutions.
- Drive customer adoption, demonstrate commercial value and identify opportunities for wider deployment.
- Build demos, prototypes and practical workflows using modern AI tools.
- Solve ambiguous, high-impact problems in demanding enterprise environments.
- Help establish the deployment processes and playbooks as the company scales.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll ideally have 2–6 years' professional experience from one of the following backgrounds:
- High-growth technology startups: Enterprise software deployment, implementation, solutions consulting or customer-facing product delivery at a product-led technology company.
- Top-tier strategy consulting: Experience at a leading strategy consultancy, with strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Investment banking: Experience at a leading global investment bank or elite boutique, with the ability to manage complex projects and senior stakeholders.
You’ll also bring:
- A strong academic background from a respected university.
- Exceptional analytical ability and structured problem-solving skills.
- Confidence working directly with senior enterprise decision-makers.
- Excellent communication skills, commercial judgement and emotional intelligence.
- Hands-on familiarity with modern AI tools such as Claude, Cursor or similar.
- The ability to take ownership, move quickly and thrive in an ambitious early-stage environment.
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI and its potential to transform complex industries.
- Competitive equity package
- Direct access to and mentorship from the founding team
- Significant ownership and responsibility from day one
- Opportunity to build and shape a deployment function from its earliest stages
- Exposure to major enterprise customers and cutting-edge AI technology
- Clear opportunity to grow alongside an ambitious, early-stage company
This is a fully onsite position in London, with regular travel to enterprise customer sites across the UK.
The team operates in a highly ambitious, fast-paced environment, typically working around 9am–9pm, five days per week.
This opportunity is best suited to someone who genuinely enjoys building, taking ownership and working closely with a small, highly driven team.
