Location - Halton & Liverpool

Pay: £168 - £232 (dependent of experience & role)

CER Education is working in partnership with a welcoming secondary school in the Halton & Liverpool areas to recruit a passionate and dedicated English teacher. This is an excellent opportunity for an ECT or experienced teacher looking to make a real impact within a supportive design & technology department.

\n

They are looking for someone who can be dynamic alongside being reflective on their teaching.

\n

The Role:

\n

\n
• Plan & deliver engaging English lessons across KS3 & KS4
\n
• Inspire pupils through literature, language and creative writing
\n
• Assess and track pupils progress, providing constructive feedback.
\n
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement
\n

\n

Requirements:

\n

\n
• Qualified teacher status
\n
• Experience teaching English in a UK secondary school
\n
• Strong knowledge and enthusiasm for English
\n
• Effective classroom and behaviour management skills
\n
• A DBS on the update service.
\n
