Structural Engineer £40k-£60k Home Based Working Are you a passionate structural engineer happy to work fully from home with flexible hours and a 3pm finish on Fridays? Do you enjoy exploring how buildings go together, problem solving, working on challenging projects and being involved in all aspects of design? Small London practice are expanding their team and are looking to employ another structural engineer. One Director is Chartered, and the firm currently has 4 staff plus an FICE Consultant and all are home based workers. They are likely to build the practice likely to 15-20 staff in the future. They are all in regular contact, with socials, site visits, meetings and an annual trip away. The role would suit a candidate experienced enough to work from home - so a minimum of 3 years of experience and most likely more - who wants to be part of a flexible and social team, and enjoys working on fiddly, fun and architecturally led buildings schemes in a variety of sectors. Projects include resi, commercial, hospitals, schools, refurbs and new builds of varying size and shape, generally up to around 7 storeys. Projects tend to be up to £2m in value. Ability to use Bluebeam, Robot and Revit would be useful. No visa sponsorship is offered, either now or in the future.
