Heating Engineer Location: Lincoln Salary: £42,000 per annum Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (40 hours per week) Additional: Evening and weekend call-out rota We are currently recruiting for an experienced Heating Engineer to join a busy team covering domestic properties across the Lincoln area. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing domestic heating and hot water systems, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities * Carry out servicing, maintenance and repair work on domestic heating and hot water systems. * Attend properties across the Lincoln area and complete work to a high standard. * Provide professional and friendly customer service when dealing with residents and tenants. * Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently. * Complete job sheets, paperwork and updates using electronic and manual systems. * Follow all Health & Safety procedures, including risk assessments, safe systems of work and COSHH requirements. * Manage and maintain stock, ensuring the correct parts are available to complete jobs. * Participate in an evening and weekend call-out rota.
