Head of Quality

Head of Quality 6-Month+ Contract This is an opportunity to join a specialist engineering and manufacturing business at a pivotal stage in its quality journey. Operating within a low-volume, high-complexity environment, the business supplies technically advanced products into demanding and highly regulated industries where quality, reliability and compliance are critical. The focus of this contract is not simply maintaining existing systems. The business is looking for an experienced Quality leader who can make an immediate impact, driving improvements across quality systems, processes and culture whilst providing strong leadership across the wider operation. Working closely with senior stakeholders, engineering teams, production and supply chain functions, you'll play a key role in strengthening quality capability across the business. Reporting directly into senior leadership, you'll take ownership of the Quality Management System and help shape the future direction of quality across the site. A key priority will be supporting the ongoing development of quality systems, embedding best practice and ensuring quality is viewed as a shared responsibility throughout the organisation rather than a standalone function.
