An established and growing law firm is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX to join its expanding Residential Property team.
You will join an award-winning conveyancing team, working alongside experienced property professionals within one of the region’s leading residential property practices. With a strong focus on career development, collaboration and client service, this is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in residential conveyancing.
The role
As a Senior Residential Conveyancer within this team, you will:
- Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion
- Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and shared ownership
- Provide clear, practical legal advice and excellent client care
- Build strong relationships with clients, referrers and colleagues
- Support junior team members and contribute to the growth of the Residential Property Department
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
About you
You will be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX with at least six years’ experience.
- Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Strong technical knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions
- Excellent communication, organisation and client care skills
- A proactive, collaborative approach and commitment to delivering outstanding service
