Key Responsibilities Prepare, cook and present fresh, nutritious meals for pupils and staff. Ensure meals are prepared to a consistently high standard. Assist with menu planning and food preparation. Maintain excellent standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and kitchen safety. Follow food safety regulations, including HACCP procedures. Manage food stock, portion control and minimise waste.
