Managing Quantity Surveyor – MEP / Data Centres Location: Bank, London Salary: £120,000 – £130,000 + Benefits Sector: MEP / Data Centres Position: Permanent The Opportunity We are currently recruiting for an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor to join a leading organisation within the MEP and Data Centre sector, based in Bank, London. This is a senior commercial leadership position, responsible for overseeing the financial and commercial performance of multiple complex projects across the UK and EMEA, while leading and developing a team of Quantity Surveyors. MEP and Data Centre experience is essential for this position. We are looking for an individual who has a strong track record of commercially managing complex, high-value MEP projects and, importantly, has significant experience working within the Data Centre environment. Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial, you will work closely with Project Managers, Operations Directors, senior commercial teams, clients, and key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered commercially successfully, profitably and in line with company standards.
