This is an excellent opportunity for an immediately available individual with customer service experience and the ability to communicate confidently. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to customers providing an excellent level of support with any enquiries Provide assistance and expert guidance to customers and explain company processes with confidence Communicate effectively and resolve queries in a personable and professional manner The Ideal Candidate An excellent and confident communicator with a string background in customer service Ability to manage outbound calls proficiently and ensure an excellent customer experience Contact centre experience is desirable but not essential Maintain positive customer relations to support retention Available for an immediate start What Is on Offer?
