Location: Hungerford, Berkshire (RG17 area), based at the client's home

Salary: £18.00 to £20.00 per hour, plus £60 per sleep-in night

Hours: Part time, Wednesdays, Thursdays and alternate weekends

Contract: Permanent

We are looking for a Family Facilitator to support a father with an acquired brain injury when his three children spend time with him. Your job is to help him enjoy that time with his children, whether that means cooking tea together, a trip to the park or a weekend away.

It is a focused role with one family, a close-knit care team around you, ongoing training and pay that sits well above typical support work rates. The role is separate from the client's existing Support Worker team, so you will not be covering general support work.

The Role -

• Supporting safe, enjoyable contact sessions between the client and his children -
• Helping the client plan and lead activities during his time with his children -
• Helping with meals, light domestic tasks and day-to-day routines during shifts -
• Going along to appointments, outings and the occasional weekend trip -
