REPORTS TO Area Manager

ROTA -
Week 1 - Monday - Saturday (1 Mid week day off)
Week 2 - Monday-Friday

Are you a qualified Dispensing Optician ready to take the next step in your career I am working with an independant family owned company looking for a passionate and commercially minded Branch Manager to lead our established Putney team and drive exceptional customer experiences.

As Branch Manager youll play a key role in the success of the practice balancing commercial performance with outstanding patient care. Youll lead and develop your team build strong customer relationships and create an environment where both colleagues and customers feel valued.

Job Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Area Manager youll be responsible for leading the day-to-day operation of the practice while driving growth engagement and customer satisfaction.

• Driving branch growth and commercial success

• Delivering exceptional customer service and patient experiences

• Monitoring performance and implementing strategies to achieve targets

Requirements:

You will be a confident and experienced Dispensing Optician with strong leadership skills and a commercial mindset. Youll enjoy developing others leading by example and creating a successful branch environment.

Essential Requirements

• Qualified Dispensing Optician

• Fully registered with the GOC

Youll ideally have:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• A positive proactive approach to leadership

• Commercial awareness and an interest in business performance

• The ability to inspire motivate and support others

• A desire to learn grow and build a career in management
