Multi Trader – Hastings We are looking for experienced and adaptable Multi Traders to join our team, working in Hastings and surrounding areas. The successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out responsive repairs and general property maintenance across a large residential housing portfolio. You’ll play an important role in keeping homes safe, functional and well maintained, while providing a professional service to residents. Key Responsibilities * Complete a variety of responsive repairs and general maintenance tasks within residential properties. * Carry out carpentry, joinery and associated repair work. * Undertake minor plumbing repairs and installations. * Complete patch plastering, tiling, decorating and other finishing works as required. * Identify faults and determine the most appropriate repair solution. * Work efficiently both independently and as part of a wider maintenance team. * Maintain high standards of workmanship, health and safety and customer service. * Accurately record work completed using digital systems and mobile devices.
