Showroom Manager

Showroom Manager Designer Recruitment are proud to represent a leading luxury kitchen brand in their search for an experienced and personable Showroom Manager to join their showroom in Inner West London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a premium customer-facing environment and has the confidence, commercial awareness and people skills to take ownership of a luxury showroom. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running and presentation of the showroom, ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience while supporting the sales team and helping drive showroom performance. The Role Take responsibility for the day-to-day operation and presentation of the showroom

Ensure the showroom consistently reflects the brand's luxury positioning

Deliver an exceptional and personalised customer experience

Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company and its values

Host high-value client consultations alongside the sales design team

Support sales designers with new enquiries, briefs and appointments

Follow up new leads and help convert enquiries into appointments

Support local marketing activity, events and showroom initiatives

Lead team meetings, workshops and training sessions

Complete relevant daily and weekly administration

Support the showroom in achieving its sales targets and KPIs

About You We are looking for someone who is confident, well-presented and genuinely passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience. Kitchen design experience is not essential for this position. We are open to candidates from a range of customer-facing backgrounds, including luxury retail, hospitality, reception, telecoms or similar environments. What matters most is that you are: Well-spoken and confident with clients

What's on Offer? £30,000 basic salary

OTE £40,000-£50,000

Uncapped commission
