\nAn exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in Sussex, has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a Mobile Fabric Engineer to be based in a commercial environment across the Sussex region. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites. \n
\n
\nThe successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £33,858, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression.\n

Hours of work\n

• Monday- Friday 08:00-17:00
\n

Key Duties & Responsibilities\n
\n

\n
• Basic Carpentry
\n
• Painting and plasterboard.
\n
• Changing locks.
\n
• Door hinges.
\n
• Floor repairs.
\n
• Minor repairs to office furniture
\n
• Putting together small equipment/ Flat packs
\n
• Kick and push plates.
\n
• Install/ Repair blinds
\n
• Basic Plumbing.
\n
• Maintain and update Log books
\n
• Assist the maintenance team on-site
\n
• Escort subcontractors
\n

Requirements\n
\n

\n
• Trade qualifications in Carpentry (Desirable)
\n
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
\n
• Multi-skilled
\n
• Good communication skills
\n
• Client Facing
\n
