HR Business Partner

Here at Alexander Steele Recruitment we continue to work with a successful and growing food manufacturing business in Hertfordshire. We are currently supporting them with the recruitment for an experienced HR Business Partner. This is a broad, hands-on HR role where you’ll work closely with managers and senior stakeholders across the site, supporting the day-to-day people agenda while also taking ownership of key HR projects, change initiatives and talent development. It would suit someone who enjoys being visible within the business, building strong relationships across operational teams and providing practical, commercially focused HR support.
