SEMH Teacher Location: Outer London Start Date: January 2027 Salary: Main Pay Scale (Outer London) + SEN Allowance 2 Contract: Permanent Hours: Full-time A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and passionate SEMH Teacher to join a growing specialist provision in Outer London. The school is looking for an enthusiastic and reflective teacher who is committed to supporting pupils with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, including pupils who may also have neurodiverse profiles. The school takes a relationship-led and nurturing approach to education, recognising that pupils are best able to engage and achieve when they feel safe, valued and understood. The Role As an SEMH Teacher, you will create a structured, engaging and supportive learning environment where pupils can develop confidence, independence and a positive relationship with education.
