HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant)

Luma Education Recruitment is currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and caring Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join an impressive specialist SEN / SEMH school setting. This is an exciting opportunity to join a welcoming and supportive team working with small classes of just 3–6 pupils, allowing staff to build strong relationships and provide personalised support. The school offers a rewarding environment, excellent training and ongoing professional development, with a strong focus on supporting every pupil to achieve their potential. The successful HLTA will be passionate about education and have a genuine interest in supporting children and young people with SEN, SEMH, ASD and ADHD.
