Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Experienced Primary Support Manchester & Surrounding Areas | Full-Time, Part-Time & Long-Term | Aspire People Aspire People are recruiting qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across Manchester. We are looking for confident practitioners who can contribute to classroom learning, provide targeted pupil support and work effectively as part of a wider school team. This opportunity is ideal for experienced Teaching Assistants looking to build on their existing skills and take an active role in supporting pupil progress. The Role: - Providing 1:1 and small-group learning support - Supporting differentiated activities across the primary curriculum - Assisting with phonics, reading, writing and Maths interventions - Supporting pupils with SEND and additional learning needs - Helping maintain positive behaviour and effective classroom routines - Monitoring pupil engagement and feeding back to teaching staff - Working collaboratively with teachers and other support staff Essential Requirements: - A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant, Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent relevant qualification - Relevant UK-based school experience within the last two years - Confidence supporting pupils across a primary school environment - Strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skills - A commitment to safeguarding and inclusion Candidates must meet both ...
