Do you want autonomy, variety and the opportunity to directly influence business growth? Join an established engineering business supplying specialist vehicles and technical equipment to customers across the UK and international markets. With a strong reputation within its sector, you'll play a key role in securing new business across public and private sector markets. You'll manage the full bid lifecycle, from identifying suitable opportunities and qualifying tenders through to coordinating submissions, pricing and outcome reviews. Working closely with Sales, Engineering, Finance and senior management, you'll turn complex technical requirements into commercially strong proposals. This role would suit a Bid Manager with experience handling public-sector tenders and looking for a high-autonomy role within a specialist engineering environment.
