Repairs Coordinator Location: Brislington, Bristol Contract: Initial 3-month contract Pay Rate: £15.90 per hour PAYE or £20.10 per hour Umbrella Working Arrangement: Fully office-based for the first 2–3 months, with potential hybrid working of up to 2 days per week once fully competent, subject to business needs and office cover. About the Role We are currently recruiting for a Repairs Coordinator to join a busy Responsive Repairs team, helping to ensure repairs are arranged efficiently and completed to a high standard. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role where you will be responsible for coordinating repairs, scheduling appointments, supporting colleagues working on-site, and keeping residents informed throughout the repair process. You will play a key role in ensuring repairs are completed right first time, resolving issues as they arise and helping to deliver an excellent service to residents and stakeholders.
