Comprehensive Onboarding & Pipeline Support To ensure you succeed from day one without sacrificing your cash flow, you get complete operational backing: Week 1 Residential Induction: Fully supported training at our client's Romford academy covering products, CRM systems, and consultative closing.

Uncapped Weekly Commission This is a self-employed, commission-only role where your earnings directly reflect your closing ability, with zero income ceiling: £78,000–£130,000 Realistic OTE: Earn £700–£840 per sale on an average £7,000 order value.
Weekly BACS Payouts: Paid weekly upon installation (typically within 10 days of sale).
Self-Sourced Bonus: Extra 5% commission on any appointments you generate yourself.
Who We Are Looking For At least 12 months of proven in-home or direct sales experience is required.
You must hold a valid UK driving licence and operate your own vehicle, You must possess a laptop and smartphone, and be available for evening appointments (up to 8 pm) and one weekend day.
