Business Development Manager Warrington £30,000 - £35,000 + Bonus Are you an experienced recruitment professional who is at your best when opening doors, winning clients and turning commercial conversations into valuable, long-term partnerships? You may have worked across the full recruitment cycle but discovered that business development, client engagement and account growth are where you make the greatest impact. Working alongside our Recruitment Manager and recruitment team, you will lead new-client acquisition, develop strategic accounts and help establish successful business units across our specialist markets. The Role As Recruitment Business Development Manager, you will take a leading role in expanding our client base and strengthening our position across chosen markets. Your primary focus will be identifying suitable prospective clients, engaging relevant decision-makers and converting well-qualified opportunities into sustainable commercial relationships. This is not a high-volume sales role built around indiscriminate calling or generic proposals. You will research your market, understand the pressures facing prospective clients and approach conversations with relevance, credibility and commercial purpose.
