The Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll play a key part in helping pupils feel safe, supported and confident in their learning. You'll work alongside teachers and other support staff to provide tailored assistance, encourage positive behaviour and create an environment where every pupil has the opportunity to thrive. Depending on the setting, you may support pupils with: Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Autism, ADHD and communication difficulties. Behavioural challenges and emotional regulation.
