You'll join us at the outset of this journey, playing a pivotal role in shaping discovery, strengthening our internal capability and translating our D365 and Power Platform strategy into secure, scalable and supportable solutions that deliver measurable value for members and colleagues. Leading solution architecture from early discovery through design, delivery and transition into service, you'll turn business ambitions into coherent end-to-end solutions aligned with our enterprise architecture and long-term platform roadmap.

You'll bring deep Dynamics 365 and Power Platform expertise, balancing reuse, configuration and proportionate build, buy or extend decisions. With a sharp eye on security, resilience and integration, you'll challenge unnecessary complexity, manage risk and guide teams towards scalable solutions that deliver lasting value.
