Salary: £70,000 rising to £80,000 + £3,000 bonus

Location: Northamptonshire/Milton Keynes

I'm currently working with a growing care provider looking for an experienced Operations Director to oversee their children's services and support the continued growth of the organisation.
\n
\n
The Role
\n
- \n
- Oversee the operational management of multiple children's services, including Family Assessment Centres and residential homes \n
- Lead and support Registered Managers across the services \n
- Responsibility for Ofsted, quality assurance, HR and wider operational decisions \n
- Drive the strategic growth of the children's side of the business \n
- Report directly to the Owner, with a high level of autonomy \n
- Hybrid working - around 1 day across the services and 2 days from home \n

Requirements
\n
- \n
- Ideally previous experience at Operations Manager / Senior Manager level or above \n
- Experience overseeing multiple services, ideally Family Assessment Centres and/or children's residential \n
- Strong understanding of Ofsted, QA and operational management \n
- Qualified Social Worker is a plus \n
\n
